YOU

I need to write to you
Because you are my most important reader.
Some days, you won't be the best
Some days, you won't feel good enough
Some days, you will let all the negativity in and let it drown you
Some days, you won't win the raging battle within
Some days, you'll see yourself through the scrutinizing eyes of others and pick every part of you apart
Every tiny detail that makes you You and you won't see what I see
You won't see it because the vision of you is clouded by the tears in your eyes
Draining away all the sorrow, in the moment.
Because the cycle might never end
But we can only get stronger at drawing ourselves out of the depths
And in all of those days, I want you to know.
You are enough. You are beautiful. You are more than meets the eye. You have a lot to offer. You are an asset not a liability. You are stronger than you know.
And one day, someone will see rainbows in your flaws.
And that someone is you.

A night with the moon shimmering down on her skin of perfect porclain, the spherical pool of blue, the gleam of stars rippling above its icy surface like pearls of light, a mesmerizing call to its admirer. The lake, an allure in its state of glassy frozenness, yet enchanted by the love and hope in those eyes. The pine trees whispered in sympathy, awed by the longing in the heart of the girl by the lake. The rocks, paying homage to a such dogged credence, so strong, as strong as itself, standing guard to the regal mistress with an undaunted heart. A mistress who could stand the icy bite of the wind, a woman who was unperturbed by the spooky sounds of the night howlers and undisturbed by the thought of lurking evil.
